Life has placement, status, titles, and positions.
Depending on your level of education determine your classification in society and the job market.
There is success at all levels of life, I take this in consideration when building my company, I call this pay scale.
My CCI venture I built around this principle.
Every employee may not be a college graduate or have gotten their High School diploma still there will be placement for every individual at my company.
Each aspect of my business is an extension of corporate, from the minimum wage, up towards the skilled profession, all parts are vital to my companies success.
